Adv. Naggar-Snir specializes in the management of complex litigation cases, banking and insolvency laws and legal counsel in the commercial law fields with specialization in franchising relationships, inheritance laws and family capital management planning. Adv. Naggar-Snir gained rich experience in appearing before the various courts in tangled and varied commercial disputes, including shareholders disputes, derivative claims, slander, and representation in administrative appeals concerning tenders. In addition, adv. Naggar-Snir accrued a rich experience in the legal representation of companies’ insolvency procedures, including liquidations, receiverships and procedure freezing. Under that hat, adv. Naggar-Snir represents officers appointed by the courts, by banks and other significant creditors.
Adv. Naggar-Snir holds an LL.B and business graduate (magna cum laude) from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center. Liat interned with Kantor, Elhanani, Tal & Co. law-firm and worked as an attorney in the litigation department of the Firon & Co. firm and in the Shavit, Bar-On, Gal-On Tzin, Nov, Yagur & Co. firm in litigation and insolvency laws. In August 2009, adv. Naggar-Snir left the Shavit, Bar-On, Gal-On Tzin, Nov, Yagur & Co. firm and founded together with adv. Hanit Nov the Nov. & Co. law firm that eventually became the Nov Kesner & Co. firm.
