Adv. Kesner specializes in Corporate and Commercial law and provides on-going legal counsel to public and private companies, investors, entrepreneurs and directors, with an in-depth expertise in the fields of High-Tech and Life Science. In addition, Adv. Kesner possesses extensive experience in the fields of investment funds and international joint ventures.
In addition to the establishment of companies, determination of the shareholders’ relationship and the on-going advise, Yariv gained rich experience in the execution of complex transactions, including investment transactions, M&A’s, financing transactions and licensing while using a broad view and finding creative solutions tailored to each client’s unique business needs. Adv. Kesner has a unique specialization in the representation of planning and engineering companies in large scale projects in Israel and abroad.
Yariv holds an LL.B and business graduate (cum laude) from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center. Prior to founding Nov Kesner, Snir & Co. Yariv was a partner in other leading law-firms in Israel. In December 2013, adv. Kesner joined with Adv. Nov and Adv. Naggar-Snir to found the Nov, Kesner, Snir & Co. law firm.

Adv. Nov specializes in the recovery of companies undergoing financial difficulties and insolvency, liquidation and receivership procedures and is considered a leading attorney in that field. Amongst other, Adv. Nov serves as a liquidator, special manager and receiver appointed on behalf of banks, court, the Official Receiver and the Tax Authority. In addition, she represents entrepreneurs and contractors in the real estate field in the execution of land projects and transactions, and deals with civil-commercial law and litigation.
Adv. Nov is a member of the companies’ liquidation and rehabilitation committee of the Israel Bar Association and has previously served as a member of the Bar’s legal rule and human rights committee and the committee for the promotion of female attorneys.

Adv. Naggar-Snir specializes in the management of complex litigation cases, banking and insolvency laws and legal counsel in the commercial law fields with specialization in franchising relationships, inheritance laws and family capital management planning.
Adv. Naggar-Snir gained rich experience in appearing before the various courts in tangled and varied commercial disputes, including shareholders disputes, derivative claims, slander, and representation in administrative appeals concerning tenders. In addition, adv. Naggar-Snir accrued a rich experience in the legal representation of companies’ insolvency procedures, including liquidations, receiverships and procedure freezing.
Under that hat, adv. Naggar-Snir represents officers appointed by the courts, by banks and other significant creditors.
